Bathroom renovation?

 I was all over my bathroom renovated. I have designed the bathroom, it was shallow and out of (large old sink and chest-on-chest and old tub worn). I had a bath and get removed, and the toilet moved.

 i gave him a cite at $500 to take out tub and put new one in but the old tub was a big cast iron tub that was a trial to get out,i had to take out a wall at end of tub ,then when the tub was out i noticed a probly with the 3 inch copper express pipe had holes all through itso

 This is a shared problem a lot of contractors and handymen/lady-love have. This is also why a lot of construction businesses deteriorate. You need to know your numbers.

Ameristar unveils luxury renovations

EAST CHICAGO — Inactive-screen plasma TVs, luxury linens, spa-like bathrooms, easy seating and warm, earthy colors — these are just some of the amenities guests will perceive at the newly renovated Ameristar East Chicago Casino B & B.

Ameristar officials Tuesday unveiled the $7 million renovation, which includes all 288 patron rooms, corridors and the fitness center on the second floor.

The renovation took seven months to performed, with three floors closed at a time for remodeling. It created jobs for several adjoining companies, including Tonn & Blank Construction of Michigan Urban district, which served as general contractor, and Stan’s Painting of Hobart, Ameristar officials said.

“There are loaded-definition plasma TVs, a refrigerator and in-room safe in every room. These are standards guests want,” said Mark Levin, vice president of courteousness for the hotel.
