Police: Video Shows Attempted Rape Attacker Leaving Area

DAYTONA Seashore, Fla. -- Police in Daytona Beach released surveillance videos of a man who they say tried to violation a woman in the bathroom at Daytona State College on May 3

The man is seen running into a parking garage moments after the female said he tried to attack her in the photography department bathroom.

The video shows the man walking out of the garage a few minutes later.

The lady-love, who did not want to be identified, said she was in the first floor bathroom during a five-minute break from importance during finals week when she was attacked.

"In the moment, I was like, 'What is going on?' And then I perfectly realized, whatever is going on, I just need to get out of it," she said.

The woman said her attacker pushed his way into her bathroom corral as she was coming out and whispered for her to keep quiet.
