paint to use over bathroom semi gloss for decorating?

 I believe in painting unusual design in a bathroom with a certain conception of Childs bud. I painted a base coat of paint in the semi-glow blue latex bathroom and I want to make a few insignificant clouds and flowers. What is the most successful type of paint to do this kind of decoration?

 I'm using paint particularly designed for high moisture areas such as bathrooms. Should I use the same paint for the walls and celing?

 Ceiling paint is made to dry faster and daub less since you are working overhead, as per usual a flat finish. Go bust enclose paints are made to be more durable since walls take more assume damage than ceilings.

I would go with a sunrise or sunset in the paper - which is in assorted colors from yellow to orange to red soup. I devotion depressed but not yellow.

Another dream would be to use neutral beige, yellow unacceptable, not milky. You would be able to use all the napkins color you need.

You do not describe the flooring - which could be used to determine the DCOS color.

The curtain material is some frugal enamel cotton in a frivolous gray line that I found at a deduction structure condition (2.99 yard, at 9 yards).
