What color to paint bathroom with beige fixtures,countertop and tile?

 My bathroom is now painted beige and fishing (I have an aversion to). My room is a pale yellow leaves that I do not think it's a good color for the bathroom. I need to paint the walls and cupboards (not like it the same color) suggestions?

 I have built a fall cabinet and now I want to tile the top of it, but i don't advised of how? Should I use mortar or adhesive to put tile on top of wood because the tile I will be putting down will be on wood. What do I lack to do?
I'll more likely be using ceramic tile

 It will depend on what well-intentioned of tile you will be using for this project. Wherever you buy your tile ask them what adhesive to use for that fact tile and they will know which to use. Hard to say for reliable without knowing your exact tile your using. Most tileing jobs use a tiling compund though.
