What is more important in a bathroom renovation?

 I am renovating my bathroom and enough space to fit a bath soak with a glass of closed profusion. However, I thought a cold sink 2 grand. What do you think a potential customer does not want more?

 I would go for the two wells. Nobody should stay for another when their two wells. I just sold my family and my teacher had one well and people commented on this. I had a bath combined dam and no comments were made about it, but having only one disc was a problem.

 I am (with much trepidation) co-ordinating my own bathroom renovation. I will be using skilled tradesmen but I only just need some tips on how to get everything scheduled so it goes smoothly.

I basic a list of items I will sine qua non to consider, preparing

 All answers so far are valid, and I'll add some thoughts.

First of all is it your ONLY bathroom?

It should deep down be a matter of coordinating with the contractors and have them equivalent with each other. Obviously there are some priorities more distinguished than others.
