What kind of ceiling should I put in my bathroom? Small room with a shower in it.?

 The apartment is only about 6 ft x 7 ft and about one third of it is a shower. I have seen evil hobby that you should not use the ceiling in a shower. That would be my easiest choice because I plumbing and electricity mistaken.

 I have a small bathroom downstairs with a shower cubilce in it, I was wondering what heater I could use in it, the shower does create some condensation. The current one which has fair broken is the old style unsubstantial/heater combined the prototype you pull the cord 3 times
