Swiffer Sweeper dry and wet cloths.. Are these good for a small tile bathroom and small hardwood floor bedroom?

 I am contemporary with a roommate and need only the distress of my bedroom wooden floor, down the wooden hallway, small bathroom floor, and living room carpet.

Would Swiffer dry clothes due to collect hair and dust .. and the wet clothes to mop?

 A dust mop routine major works or what you are using is both .. will gather dust and extent of hair (I have three girls with long hair can not link to this). Personally, I vacuum my hardwood or I use a quality mic that picks up dust mop in practice well and then I just wash it when it gets grungy.

Are larger tiles better in a small bathroom or smaller tiles?

 The bathroom in insupportable is 56 square feet.
Elephantine tile = 1 exact foot
Small tile = 6 rectangular inches

Or is it a matter of disparaging opinion?

 It at the end of the day depends on taste. I associate smaller tiles with being in older homes and larger ones to be more of a up to date look.
Other than that, it's just hands down to install the larger ones.
