Is it wise to do renovations in an old condo?

 I loaded in a condominium and the estate is his age. I want to do some renovations as bath, flooring, etc. and arrange to live here for about 5 more. Is it aimed at updating my house when the rest of the condo neighbors remain the same, dated and old?

 i lack some ideas on how to make my rooms like a spa lighting,floors,walls,stress ideas even furniture i would like both rooms to be as relaxing as realizable for me and my husband privacy is a genuine big issue i need alot of ideas

Maine Preservation honors UMaine for Coburn Hall renovations

BANGOR, Maine - The University of Maine was honored by the Maine Emergency for the renovation and restoration of Coburn Hall, a historic building of denotation which had fallen into disuse.

Maine Preservation, a nonprofit corporation that works statewide to promote historic preservation, presented the award to the group June 9 awards ceremony in Lewiston, according to a UMAN about to be released.

The building, located on the western edge of campus, overlooking the river in Stillwater. It was designed by Free E.
