 and they said it would look way if I design the same way that I just remodeled. Is that correct? Is it prettier if a lodge has two bathrooms and they look alike?

FARMINGTON Although fewer homes are built within city limits, more homeowners are remodeling or adding to their residences.

The town of Farmington had issued only 57 permits for new single family homes in August, compared with 95 in last year's projection.

But permits to alter or add to homes jumped to 601, against 550 in the same place emphasis on the past year.

This increase of 9 percent of owners are looking to revisit their homes suggests current rather than move to new ones.

Changes and additions indicate residents' regard comfortable enough to put more investment in property, "said Mary Holton, director of community development for the city of Farmington.

"This is a conservative way of doing things, and I do on this show some optimism, but cautious optimism," said Holton.
